About Jadel

Jardine Cherelle Legere, professionally known as Jadel, is an independent recording artist, singer, songwriter, pianist, entrepreneur, and proud mother from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Known for blending Soca with R&B, Dancehall, and Afropop, Jadel has built a reputation as one of the Caribbean's most exciting independent artists, captivating audiences with powerful vocals, dynamic performances, and authentic storytelling.

Born and raised in Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Jadel discovered her passion for music at just nine years old through school and church choirs. After relocating to the United States, she continued developing her craft while performing with Caribbean bands and refining her skills as both a vocalist and songwriter. Her talent soon led to a songwriting collaboration with acclaimed producer Kernal Roberts on Machel Montano's hit single "Haunted."

Although she pursued legal studies through the University of London, music remained her true passion. Choosing to follow her calling led to her breakthrough in 2016 with the award-winning Chutney Soca hit "All of It," launching an international career that has continued to grow ever since.

Today, Jadel's catalog includes fan favorites such as "Deserve It All," "Yuh Man," "Up In The Party," "Shake Up" featuring Demarco, "Addictive" featuring Charly Black, "Another Man," "Permission," and "Call Meh." She has released two studio albums, Call Me Jadel and Don't Be Mistaken, earned millions of streams worldwide, and received support from BET Jams and MTV.

Her career has taken her across the Caribbean, North America, Europe, and Asia, performing at major Carnival events and festivals while earning multiple Caribbean Music Award nominations. Every performance reflects her passion for representing Trinidad and Tobago and sharing Caribbean culture with audiences around the world.

More than just an artist, Jadel is a storyteller. Her music celebrates confidence, resilience, love, empowerment, and the vibrant spirit of Carnival. Whether on stage, in the studio, or connecting with fans online, she remains committed to creating music that inspires people to embrace who they are and celebrate life without limits.

As she continues to evolve, Jadel remains focused on pushing Caribbean music to new audiences while staying true to the culture and energy that shaped her journey.

Welcome to my world.
